Responsibilities

  • Write compelling blog articles to share market insights and opportunities around educational and thought leadership content
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote the award-winning product
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Work with the Email Marketing manger to produce high-converting emails, from a copy and design perspective
  • Work with the Associate social media manger to promote content on social media
  • Work with the Lead Content Designer to proofread and edit web content before publication as well as update website content as needed
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Financial Services or FinTech technical copywriting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or communications
  • Native command of the English language and understanding of colloquial phrases
  • Deep understanding of how to effectively communicate with investors and/or about investments and fintech
  • Previous experience with using content to help a company expand its brand
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
