Responsibilities
- Write compelling blog articles to share market insights and opportunities around educational and thought leadership content
- Write clear marketing copy to promote the award-winning product
- Conduct SEO keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Work with the Email Marketing manger to produce high-converting emails, from a copy and design perspective
- Work with the Associate social media manger to promote content on social media
- Work with the Lead Content Designer to proofread and edit web content before publication as well as update website content as needed
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Financial Services or FinTech technical copywriting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or communications
- Native command of the English language and understanding of colloquial phrases
- Deep understanding of how to effectively communicate with investors and/or about investments and fintech
- Previous experience with using content to help a company expand its brand
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
