Omega Accounting Solutions is in hyper growth mode and seeking an experienced Copywriter/Content Manager to join our team in collaboration with our Marketing team and Agencies. This role is first and foremost for a candidate who loves to write compelling, action-oriented copy in multiple formats including website, email, blogs and case studies, sales support material and potentially video and/or radio advertising scripts. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with content marketing to the extent that they will be able to collaborate and/or manage the distribution of content on Social platforms. The Copywriter/Content Manager will also assist with any additional requests that may arise. Please note: This position is fully on-site.


  • Write professional level copy in support of marketing programs including website, email, blogs, case studies, sales support materials, video, Social Media and more
  • Partner with internal stakeholders identifying and fulfilling content support needs
  • Become the internal brand voice owner for all written content
  • Collaborate with SEO experts to align all relevant content with organic search efforts and opportunities
  • Look ahead and develop plans to create predictable digital content
  • Publish content across Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Perform basic research when needed and craft engaging content that is industry-specific and tailored to reach specific audience
  • Fluent in digital and Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Bachelor’s degree required and at least 4+ years of experience in content development
  • Experience in effective storytelling that move seamlessly between different channel sand platforms
  • Strong passion for content, experience with social, short, mid and long-form content, and experience with SEO
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally knowledge of native social media and digital analytics tools
  • Ability to organize, manage and prioritize a large amount of content across multiple platforms serving different audiences


$70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
