We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Based in our HQ offices in Midtown Manhattan, our Content Manager will work closely with our marketing, technology and internal business team leaders to deliver impactful content for our clients and users.


The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for all content marketing activities, including the planning, execution, and distribution of content to our 2.5 million members. In this role, you are expected to meet deadlines and be detail-oriented. Strong communication and writing skills are essential, as is knowledge of current trends in content/inbound marketing.

The Content Marketing Manager will take ownership of our content marketing activities and grow all aspects of our member funnel from acquisition to retention. KPIs include: new user acquisition, pageviews, time on site, and premium member conversions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with:

  • Content strategy and keyword research
  • Creating effective content across a variety of formats, including:
  • Blog posts
  • Long-form articles
  • Whitepapers
  • Webinars
  • Case Studies
  • Social media posts
  • Image editing/creation
  • Managing a team of freelance writers
  • Distributing content across a variety of channels, including:
  • Email newsletters
  • Organic search
  • Social media
  • Website analytics and conversion tracking

Additional skills that are nice to have:

  • Experience with B2B content marketing and thought leadership
  • Copywriting for website, email, and sales assets
  • Knowledge of Career/Job Search or Market Research industries


  • You have 3-4 years of content experience, with specific experience in digital, social media and working with influencers, able to and natural in building partnerships, B2B content experience will set you apart.
  • You are fluent in:
  • WordPress (or similar CMS)
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Keyword Planner (or equivalent tool)
  • SEO
  • Email automation software
  • Photoshop/Canva (or equivalent)
  • Webinar hosting software
  • You are flexible and can quickly adapt to shifting requirements
  • You’re skilled at balancing unique client requests with the needs of the business
  • You’re a self-starter who can manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with ease

  • Experience with a paid subscription/gated content model.
