What You Will Be Doing for Creative Juice and our Clients

  • Conduct market research to determine the best in class brand positioning strategies
  • Lead strategic conversations around brand strategy, marketing strategy, and execution
  • Brief and collaborate with creative and design teams to develop content themes and brainstorm innovative solutions
  • Develop robust brand strategies based on research (taglines, product naming, brand messaging pillars, tone, voice, communication style, SWOT analysis, brand avatar development, etc)
  • Participate in the deal team to develop proposals and participate in client pitch meetings
  • Lead discovery and project kick off calls with clients requiring brand services
  • Create brand strategy offerings and capabilities to identify opportunities
  • Influence advertising campaigns and strategies, review performance, and recommend adjustments based on data and analytics
  • Develop social media strategy and content calendar
  • Handle all copywriting needs (blogging, web copy, email marketing, ad copy, brand story, etc)
  • Ability and experience working a wide variety of client sizes and target audiences (nonprofits, corporations, small business and government)
  • Thorough understanding of how B2B, B2C, products, and services companies needs and strategies differ
  • Contribute to business planning at the executive level to develop a brand strategy consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and objectives
  • Create brand strategies in accordance with client requirements
  • Work with Operations Manager to develop standard operating procedures
  • Select and manage vendors/subcontractor to ensure there are no gaps in agency offerings
  • Partner with creative team to ensure strategies are aligned with our brand and messaging
  • Serve as the subject matter expert within the agency on brand planning and brand perception trends for our target market
  • Drive consistent and innovative best practices across all stages of the campaign (planning, execution, and analytics)
  • Adjust brand strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
  • Liaise with other managers to ensure marketing activities are integrated and align with the overall corporate objectives
  • Build and grow a supporting team of strategists over time
  • Act as the internal gate keeper for the agency brand

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

  • Mac and PC proficiency in GSuite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5-7 years of experience at an agency or in a similar role
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in conjunction with workflow steps and internal processes
  • Strong communication, organization, communication and follow up skills
  • Initiative & personal responsibility for work
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Experience managing a team
  • Accountability and flexibility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-player attitude
  • Exhibits strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus


  • Paid Time Off – The Agency provides 10 paid time off (PTO) days per calendar year that may be used for vacation, sick or personal time. We also offer 7 paid holidays.
  • Employee Bonus Pool – For all employees with 1 year of service or greater, the agency will reserve 10% of its profits per quarter to be paid out in our employee benefit bonus pool

Job Type:

Full-time, 70% remote, 30% in office

Pay: $47,158.12 – $124,557.53 per year

  • Monday to Friday
