Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketer to join our team at Zip. In this role, you will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience. As Zip’s Content Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through impactful content strategies. You will shape Zip’s narrative so that it captivates and engages our audience while driving business growth. You Will

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with ZipHQ’s brand voice, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Create a wide range of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, videos, social media content, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and product, to gather insights and develop content that addresses customer pain points and needs.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, and leverage this knowledge to create relevant and valuable content.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
  • Manage content distribution across various channels, including our website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and external publications.
  • Track, measure, and analyze content performance using analytics tools to refine strategies and ensure content effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously enhance our content efforts.


  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, compelling, and persuasive content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to transform complex concepts into relatable and informative content.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using content marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and a willingness to experiment with new content formats and approaches.


  • Experience at a fintech company.
  • Previous startup experience.
  • Background in design, video production, or other multimedia content creation.
  • The salary range for this role is $85,000 – $110,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
